30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
How to Start a Return
Email us at whencecameyouniversity@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email us with your order number and a photo or video of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice — at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. If your refund seems delayed, check with your bank or card issuer first — processing times vary — then contact us and we'll help track it down.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Email us and we'll swap it, subject to stock. The fastest route is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For returns over $75, we recommend a trackable shipping service — we can't guarantee we'll receive your returned item without tracking.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and can't be refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
